Village Church Preschool 50th Anniversary

This Sunday, January 29th, The Village Church Preschool will celebrate 50 glorious years of educating and inspiring children. Join us from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and enjoy live music, great food, games/activities and Alumni reunion. All are welcome, come celebrate with us!
Village Church Preschool Priority Registration
If you are a church member and have children ages 2-5 years of age and want to send them to an excellent preschool please come by the school office and pick up a registration packet. Chancel Choir Section Leader Auditions
Announcing auditions for the position of Chancel Choir Section Leader (soprano, alto, tenor and bass) at The Village Community Presbyterian Church, Rancho Santa Fe, CA. The section leaders provide leadership in vocal production and technique; have excellent sight-reading ability, musicianship and choral skills; and demonstrate a commitment to faith in Christ and leading the congregation in worship. The Village Church Chancel Choir performs a variety of sacred repertoire at our 10:30 a.m. Traditional service each Sunday, ranging from music of the Renaissance through the present, and is committed to integrating faith with creativity, cultural renewal and musical excellence. Dinner & Movie Night

Join us for 1st Wednesdays Dinner and a Movie. Catered dinner will be on the Patio from 6:00–6:40 p.m., 'The Blind Side' shown in the chapel from 6:45–8:30 p.m. Cost is $8 single, $20 family. Tickets will be sold on the patio after both services. Childcare provided.
The Blind Side (PG13) – Starring Quinton Aaron and Sandra Bullock. The story of Michael Oher, a homeless and traumatized boy who became an All American football player and first round NFL draft pick with the help of a caring woman and her family.
Fellowship & Conversation with Plant with Purpose
February 3rd at 7:00 p.m.
Come meet Scott Sabin, Executive Director of Plant With Purpose at a reception at the home of David & Martha Dominguez. We will learn about the valuable work of this mission in tree planting, agriculture, micro loans, and bringing the love of Christ to the poorest in places such as Oaxaca, Haiti, Dominican Republic, and Africa. Light fare and drinks will be provided.

Youth Ministry Formal Dinner Fundraiser
The Youth Ministry is sponsoring a formal dinner fundraiser with the goal being to raise support for the many camps and mission trips our students will be participating in this coming year. Everyone is invited.
