As a pillar in early childhood education in the community for nearly 49 years, the Village Church Nursery School invited the public to attend our “Open House” on Tuesday, February 9th. Families were welcomed by parents of children who currently attend the school as well as the Director, Pamela Miller. Check out the whole story HERE.

30 Hour Famine 2010

The World Vision 30 Hour Famine is an opportunity to really become immersed in the issue of world hunger. Your youth group will be embarking on a 30 hour journey that will help you experience this issue with all your senses through fasting, interactive games, insightful videos, and service projects.

The Hiding Place

Based on the true story of Corrie ten Boom, a Dutch spinster and courageous Christian who risked her life with her family to hide Jews during World War II. Presented by The Village Church Community Theater on Friday, March 19, Saturday, March 20 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, March 21 at 2 p.m. The play is aglow with the glory of God and Christ's message of love and forgiveness.

Everyone is invited to a DUTCH BRUNCH on Sunday, March 14 to enjoy some Dutch food, meet some of The Hiding Place actors and learn more of the historical background of the play presented by guest speakers. Reservations requested, suggested donation, $5 to cover the food costs.
