Sunday Worship Services
Worship is the highlight of each week at The Village Church. Whether accompanied by the voices of our 40-plus member choir on Sunday mornings or by the music of our Sunday morning contemporary service, the goal of our worship is to bring glory to God, proclaim the Good News, and build up God's people as followers of Jesus Christ. Central to all our worship is sound, relevant, Biblically-based preaching. Additionally, we offer special family services, healing services, and numerous concerts throughout the year in North County San Diego.
Contemporary Worship - 9:00 a.m.
Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. is casual dress and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll hear and sing along with modern worship music (Hillsong, Chris Tomlin, Lincoln Brewster) and new arrangements of classic hymns, led by one of the best worship bands in San Diego. There’s always a lively story time focused on kids, moments for quiet and corporate prayer, and a Christ centered Biblical message. God first in all we do. God meets with us in worship! Come join us. Traditional Worship - 10:30 a.m.
Our morning traditional worship service at 10:30 a.m., reflects the rich heritage of classic Protestant worship. Hymns, a choral anthem, and formal prayers guide us in expressing our praise and prayer to God. MORE
