• Total Operating Income for 2007 was $1,840,669 versus a budgeted $1,893,409 for an income shortfall of $52,742. Total Operating Expenses were $1,910,632 which was $17,223 over the budgeted amount of $1,893,409. This resulted in a deficit of $69,965 of expenses over operating income. The Nursery School had a surplus of $81,972 so the total Church had a surplus of $12,008.
• The operating income shortfall was the result of lower level of pledged income and non-designated gifts than anticipated.
• At the end of December we have received $5,124,755 for the Blessed To Be A Blessing campaign.
• The Resource Commission initiated an audit by an accounting firm in December.
