Kingdom Academy presents Praying Like Pentecost

After his resurrection and before he ascended, Jesus instructed the apostles "not to leave Jerusalem but to wait there for the promise of the Father" (Acts 1:4). and added "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth" (1:8).

In obedience to Jesus, the disciples constantly devoted themselves to prayer (1:14). Then, "When the day of Pentecost had come… All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit" (2:1,4).

This year, let's follow Jesus in the same way. In the four weeks leading up to Pentecost, we can learn and practice prayer together in the same room just like the apostles (1:13).
