The mission of Solutions for Change (SFC) is to solve family homelessness - one family, one community at a time. Without a change, today's homeless child is highly likely to become tomorrow's homeless adult. SFC creates access for parents to the right set of opportunities, addresses root causes of dependency, and equips people with the skills, knowledge, and resources to permanently solve their homelessness for families in San Diego County. Over the past 21 years SFC has helped over 1150 families move from the street to homes of their own, positively impacting the future of over 2,600 children.
